Dispute and Appeals Process

If you do not agree with the reason in which you were, either; (1) issued an immobilization notice and fine or (2) towed from private property, please complete the form below and wait for a response from the company.

All requests will be reviewed in the order they are received and a response/decision may not be made until 14 days and up to 30 days after the initial receipt of the request. You will be contacted by email as dispatch operators are not able to assist with these requests over the phone. You will receive confirmation once the request is submitted.

Requests received over 14 days after the initial date of violation will not be reviewed or considered.
